Fun Stem Toy

My son (5) is really into gears and so I thought this would be perfect for him. Definitely would say the age recommendation is accurate, we built it for him, but I figured that would be the case. He loves it so far and enjoys being able to see the gears work inside since the plastic is see through.

Extraordinary purchase

I gifted this robot to my brother, and he loved it. He just turned seven, and we were both excited to build it. The pieces or material of the small robot are good quality. It does take time to build the robot, so great bonding experience. I would purchase again.

Such a fun summer afternoon project!

We were looking for something educational but fun for the summer days with my kids (10 and 7). This toy caught my eye because it was educational and fun.
Upon first glance it looks a little bit complicated, but we really had fun putting it together. The kit includes two of everything so that you can customize your color scheme. I also found this really handy when I accidentally broke one of the plastic pieces. It’s nice to have a second set of spares.
The directions are a little bit complicated for kids – my 10-year-old was able to do it with a little bit of help from me. But honestly, I wanted this toy to keep them occupied for an afternoon, and they were very excited to put it together and watch it walk across the room.
You have to let it charge a little bit before it has enough energy to move, so just put it out on the porch on a sunny day and let the fun begin! We enjoyed it!
