Novelty, further R&D required for practical use

I bought this for my brother in law who is always enjoying a beverage while playing his gaming pc . It was used for about 3 days and the general consensus was it was bulky , and just a plain novelty it did cool drinks it took a while and as far as heating drinks it did that too but bolth functions seemed to require some further R&D for practical use. 3/5 cool just not amazing
