First, with all of these headsets, you have to make sure it is compatible with your particular phone and network setup. In our case this one was.

Set up seemed easy at first but their were some paring and charging issues that I had to go to YouTube to find videos on how to fix. The fixes were simple and the thing works great now, but you shouldn't have to watch a video to get it to perform properly.

According to other websites this product comes with a two year warranty however Amazon provides absolutely visible no way to initiate contact with the seller. If its outside 90 days, you get stuck in the Amazon loop. "we're sorry" Hey Amazon, you are not sorry! The headset works great but I'd strongly suggest finding a different vendor to purchase it from.

Once you get used of wearing the headset it’s great. It has good volume and over all fit is nice. Beware when taking of off if not removed carefully it will pull your hair and get tangled (a lot). The additional earbud that came with it did not fit, it popped of my ears. The batter doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped so after a couple calls it goes back to the charger for a bit. Overall I can’t imagine my job without this headset now.
