Adaptor mounting plates not included

Missing hardware and brackets!

I was shocked to see that all the brackets were not included with running boards. I had to purchase them separately. Once I received all the brackets I began installing them. I should've inventoried all the brackets because I ended up missing 2 of them. Needless to say this was extremely frustrating and now I am waiting for a response from customer service.
