Product arrived with scratches & bent (so much that the drawer did not easily slide in & out). Toolbox does not lock. It comes with a red stopper that makes it easier to open; however, you can stick your finger in the hole & open it without the stopper. Seller approved a return & returned the full amount of the purchase; however, we had to pay the almost $200 shipping fee for a large/heavy item to be returned by UPS. Funds were returned quickly, which we appreciate; however, I had to call & then submit an email (including the tracking number) inquiring on the reimbursement before they would respond or return funds.

Items can shift and jam the drawer!

I installed two of these in the back of my F250 just inside the tailgate utilizing the blind fasteners. The install went well, the units are well constructed, weather-tight and very handy storage. However, some of the items in the drawer shifted and jammed the drawer making the items no longer accessible and rendering the unit worthless! Suggest placing small items in a manner to prevent them from shifting and jamming the drawer against the inside stop - perhaps inside individual containers or toolboxes.
