Phone arrived earlier than expected, and was in EXCELLENT condition for a used phone.
As far as the quality of this model phone, I will point out:
-The sound isn't very clear and the people I speak to say I am also hard to hear.
-It's a very basic phone, missing a few things my previous phone (LG) had.
Still gave it 4 stars because it meets by basic needs of calling and texting, and it was well priced.
