So I bought this grip case with the carry case and I have to say the carry case is a little bit better in quality then the grip though it does have it's flaws as well. The grip case is slightly too small for my hands because of the sides of the grip not portuding out your hands sit too much on the back of the grip instead of on the grips themselves. This basically make the switch still feel as though there's no grip to begin with.

Secondly the top triggers are blocked off by the grip case making it a bit too difficult to press them without putting a bit more effort than you should into it.

The case is a solid grip and feels good in the had for a short period, but holding them grip for too long just will put a strain on your fingers.

This is an excellent case! I had the Rugged Armor case on my Switch Lite and new a little about it. When I bought the Switch OLED and this case wasn’t available yet, I was disappointed. Sure enough, Spigen released it and I bought it as soon as I saw it. This is a perfect case for those handheld players such as myself. Let me clarify a few mixed things I have seen in reviews.

First off, many reviewers purchase this case for the original switch, then complained when it didn’t fit. This is not for the original Switch, but the OLED model. The fit is perfect, see my images.

Secondly, this case is NOT dockable. This is definitely not a dealbreaker for me as I play handheld 99% of the time. If I played more docked, I probably wouldn’t purchase this case. The fit is so good, that it’s not the easiest to get it and out of the case.

All in all, I’d buy it again 100%.

It's a flawless fit and not difficult to put on; however, you'll sit there looking at your Switch OLED wondering whether you got the smaller Switch case before you ever attempt to put it on! ?
The case fits as good as it feels and I'm very happy with everything.

I would like to make a suggestion that they use a quick-connect lanyard instead of a fixed one. It'll serve those of us who play at night and fall asleep while playing much better. Also, I attach my switch to the drawstring on my hooded sweatshirt to prevent any drops and I use a quick connect to good effect. Spigen, you should look into it...
