Why the Xbox One/PS4 controller should be plugged into the racing wheel?
Serafim R1+ maps Xbox One/PS4 controllers functions into racing wheel, so make sure you plug the controller to the back of wheel and change steering control to "left stick" in game setting.
Why Xbox One/PS4 doesn't connect to R1+ after plugging the game controller to steering wheel?
Please use Micro USB data transfer cable (NOT the charging cable) to connect steering wheel to game controller.
How to prevent the screen of mobile phone from flipping while using Serafim R1/R1+?
Thanks to our error proof design, you can only rotate your screen 90 degrees right or left on Serafim R1/R1+. So it won't flip at all.
Can I use it to drive a truck?
For steering wheel of a truck, it mostly can be rotated over 720 degrees. However, for Serafim R1/R1+, it can be rotated 180 degrees only In this case, it is normal that the in-game steering wheel doesn’t synchronize with the actual one.
Can we customize buttons or adjust steering sensitivity?
Yes, and we have detailed instructions of how to customize buttons and adjust steering sensitivity in our user guide. You can find it in "Serafim Play" app.

Good gaming wheel.

My son got this as a gift from Santa. It's a good gaming wheel. The stabilizer to keep it in place works really well. It connected to his Xbox with no trouble. The only issue we have is it will not connect to his Nintendo switch. We have download the complete 52 page user manual and according to the manual it's hooked up correctly but still doesn't work. Other than that it's a good gaming accessory.

The pedals have an issue with my iPhone.

I bought this steering wheel controller to play with my iPhone but I found the issue with the Bluetooth pedals when turning the wheel left or right at 80 degrees. The white dot changed from touching the accelerator to touch the wrong spot as shown in the video and picture. I followed the instructions in the iOS settings section and had the latest firmware. I tried the controller with my PC and Nintendo Switch and it worked fine.

Save your money for a better one

Total waste of money. I bought it for use playing F1 2019 and it’s useless. Using the PS4 controller is easier. This steering wheel has a dead zone that extends 1” in both directions, for a total of 2” of absolutely no steering input going to the car. If you’ve ever played a racing game with very quick left and right turns in succession then you’ll understand how bad it is that you need to swing the wheel two inches in either direction before you’ll even begin to turn. You can change the sensitivity of the steering wheel via some button combinations, and the high sensitivity does reduce the dead zone, but not even close to enough. Because I’m one of those guys who likes to try and fix things, I took the steering wheel apart to see if I could do something about the dead zone. I got it apart and found the steering potentiometer, which I then measured it with a multimeter to see when the steering output was actually being sent. I can tell you with absolute certainty that the steering pot. in this steering wheel is very sensitive and the output of it changes with the smallest movement. I’m mean it’s so sensitive that the output begins to change before I even notice any movement of wheel, yet there is a dead zone an inch wide in each side. That means it’s obviously not a hardware issue and something that can be changed, if they felt so inclined. It blows my mind that they would sell a “racing” steering wheel that has a fixed dead zone of two inches. I’m pretty annoyed because I can’t even use the thing. Beginning a small turn is very difficult because you have to try and make it past the steering wheel’s dead zone without going too far and over steering. If you have to negotiate a chicane, you’ll have a really difficult time with it. I’m not especially good at racing game’s, which is why I bought this thing, and this had made it all but impossible for me. I looked everywhere online for ways to adjust the dead zone but it seems there isn’t one. Oh and another thing that sucks is that it has the brake and gas are assigned to the paddle shifters as well as the gas and brake peddles. Because apparently that makes sense to someone. If you want to use the paddle shifter as an actual paddle shifter you’ll have to reassign them via the steering wheels interface through some button combinations that are very poorly explained in the user manual that doesn’t come with the thing. That wouldn’t be so bad if it were to save those changes, which it doesn’t. If you unplug the steering wheel, which is inevitable, or power off your console, all your button changes will return to the default. I’ve messaged the company about this and they haven't responded. I’m considering adding some resistors to the steering pot to increase the resistance so it will register as more steering input right from the start. I don’t know if that will do what I want or if the increased resistance early on will be a limits change in throughout the range of the pot or if it will have unintended effects that make it useless. I’m not an electrical guy and I only know enough to be dangerous to my electronic devices. And if you’re one of those people who are thinking “just buy a better steering wheel dude. “Why spend so much time messing with a low quality one?” The answer is because it can’t justify spending $300 for a good one, I have access to all the resistors and the like at my work, and I enjoy trying to figure out ways to circumvent issues that would stymie other people (usually because they’re smarter than I am and wouldn’t waste their time). It’s immensely satisfying
Update 8/19/20: I’ve tried every method of contacting the company for some help and I haven’t even received an acknowledgement of my messages. I’ve left questions on the sellers page here, went through their websites chat (which takes you to Facebook messenger), I’ve sent them a message through their onsite emailing function and I’ve emailed their sales department. Nothing. I’ve specifically looked for tech support help but I was unable to find any contact info for that. I did a google search for this dead band issue and found a comment on amazon from a guy with the same issue, several actually, but one in particular said he was able to talk to tech support and they sent him something via email to fix the problem and that now he loves the steering wheel. Unfortunately, he didn’t mention how that was accomplished or how he got in contact with him. And amazon doesn’t allow members to contact other members or I would have reached out.
I’m returning this piece of junk.

This wheel has no feedback as advertised

Have written to Serafim several times. Usually takes about a week for an answer. Have given them all the info they requested, as they continue to ask questions to answer my questions. Neverless the wheel has NO feedback from my PC. The wheel is comfortable and quite precise. Even with the pedals am unable to get the paddle shifters to release. All in all it is a decent wheel but price is too high because feedback does not work as advertised.
