• 100% Organic Bamboo Cotton for sensitive skin. Our soft bamboo cotton is safe and naturally hypoallergenic, with no dyes or chemicals. We have a double layer of organic cotton bamboo, which makes it more absorbent with an outer layer PUL to prevent leaking. Our pack is comfortable for wearing around the house or for wearing overnight while sleeping! For best results, consistency is important.
• Our organic castor oil pack is great for a gentle liver detox, reducing inflammation, helping with constipation, deep sleep, hormone imbalance, joint and muscle pain, fertility, lymphatic drainage, less stress and overall immune health. We can't recommend castor oil packs enough, as they are amazing for overall health!
• Our packs are reusable, mess free and highly absorbent. The old way of using castor oil packs was extremely messy and time consuming. With our wrap, simply put 1-2 tsp. of castor oil in the center of the wrap and put on liver (located on the right side, underneath the rib cage), thyroid, joints or anywhere else you are experiencing inflammation. When finished, simply store in the bag provided. Please note, due to castor oils thick viscosity, it does stain, so we advice wearing old clothing.
• Using our organic castor oil wrap with organic, hexane-free castor oil is a fantastic form of natural self care and healing! Castor Oil packs have been used for centuries in many different cultures, known for reducing inflammation, naturally detoxifying the liver and improving lymphatic circulation, among many other health benefits! We recommend using on a daily basis and as we are all bio-individual, benefits are seen immediately in some and in others it may take more time.
• We recommend you start wearing your pack for 1 hour a day and work up to wearing it overnight, every night! Simply put 1-2 tbsp of organic, extra virgin cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil in an amber glass bottle (sold seperately) in the center of your compress, avoiding the seams. We recommend you replace your pack every 3 months depending on usage. Do NOT use castor oil packs when pregnant and check with your health practicioner to see if castor oil packs are right for you. I have been using this product for about the past month and think it's wonderful. The material is super soft and the pack is comfy to wear and can accommodate all sizes. I like that it seems to really hold in the oil and not be messy and greasy like other packs and has a nice little bag to store it in. A warm hot water bottle really helps with the detox process and just feels soothing. I did have one question and customer service was quick to respond to my email. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to bring castor oil into their lifestyle!

I chose to order this because I am mindful about the fabrics I wear, and especially in this instance with a castor oil pack so I had only taken in the word organic but upon receiving it it says 100% Organic Bamboo Cotton. Bamboo and cotton are two very different materials, so which is it?? I thought okay maybe it's a blend but that wouldn't make sense to use the 100% so that's where the confusion lies. Now I'm not even certain I can trust the organic claim, however, I did use the pack and was pleased with the feel and fit. Castor oil packs are a regular part of my self-care regimen, I sleep with one on every other night for the detoxing benefits. I will reach out to the company to inquire about the material and update when I get a response.

I love that this is so much easier to use than that time I was DIY-ing everything and made a huge mess with castor oil. This is a game changer for me- it has made it so much more convenient and I've been able to do a mess-free castor oil pack each night all week with no issues whatsoever. I'm not a tiny thing, and this fits me well with room to spare. So if you're a large marge, don't worry, odds are this will fit you just fine. It's comfortable and easy to sleep in. I'm a side sleeper and so far have had no issues at all. I do wish it wasn't bamboo material as I'm a bit wary of the manufacturing process. But for now this is pretty great.

This castor oil compress is great for liver detox. The belt is on the small side though. I'm 188 lbs. and it barely goes around my waist, although it is stretchy. The closure is elastic bands with holes and buttons. It would have been real easy for them to add a few more inches of elastic to fit more people. There's no way my 6'-3" 275 lb
