Plugged this into a Cisco phone with EHS which is a great thing. It works. I’m super glad I didn’t need to use the electric handset lifter piece as it is totally disgusting and not just used but USSSEEED and there is some 3M like tape on it for sticking to the phone but totally spent. No glue on it anymore. Really gross. Again glad I didn’t need that piece. The headset cushion was clean if not new so that’s great. The base charging station has some goo on it but nothing drastic that I can’t clean off.

Dislikes: had to buy a $69 cord to be able to use with computer and was not aware of this when purchase was made. Wish the volume went louder. Calls go in and out frequently. Head band is horrible it is so light and big there is nothing to hold it on your head. Ear piece is a little heavy.
Likes: multiple options for wear. Ear piece is comfortable with glasses on as well. Not sure about noise cancelation yet

I can't get the volume up. Most people sound like they are whispering. It keeps disconnecting from the phone, so I have to grab the reciever and end up talking from that. The phone answering thing stopped working it's been less than a month.
Not happy with this thing at. All!

But it's not performing well at all.
I've tried it for close to a full month.
It's too low, different settings haven't helped the issue.
I need this for work. And I'm constantly having people repeat what they are saying.
I will be going back to the tethered headset, great concept. Isn't coming thru for me though.
