I have this every day in a fruit smoothie. I make about 32oz total, with a banana, some applesauce, a few tablespoons of yogurt, 4oz frozen fruit (thawed in water in microwave), and either juice or 50% juice/water mix. Add in one scoop of Spirutein and blend it well. Pour in a 32oz Tupperware screw-top, and I can take my meal with me as I drive to work. Takes under 10 minutes, lasts me about 4-5 hours at a physically strenuous job.
