Bottle came missing about the top quarter because apparently there is no seal, and the bottle was shipped in a soft bag in the heat, so some combination of pressure or being knocked around, opened the top and let a bunch out in the bag. Not a big deal since I have short hair so I don't need much, and overall, the brand has given me good results, but if every single time I have to order, I am always waiting on a 2 week or more delay for the type I want, and the type I settle on comes open. I may have to reconsider just finding a new brand I can more easily get while I get groceries.

The only thing is that this product comes sealed in a plastic bag and when you take it out it feels very sticky and slimy. It's kinda gross but a quick wash of the bottle in a sink gets rid of this weird stickiness. Other than that, it's a great product.
