Products Work, Toner Planet Rocks !!

Lets be honest, these cartridges are expensive IMO. However, I need ink to print, and I have never had a great deal of success with the refills. I got the cartridges, they work, end of story. The vendor Toner Planet seems to care a great deal about customer service, which I have to say in my experience is rare today, and I come from the customer service world. I felt I hit submit order and my door bell rang with the delivery of the cartridges at the same time.. Thx Toner Planet. Since I need these products I'll be ordering here again. Products get 4 stars because they work but they're expensive. Toner Planet gets 5 for customer service.

Black yes, color no

Okay, I've had these stored for awhile. But I stored them upright like instructed in the bottom drawer of the computer desk .. not too hot, not too cold. Finally ran out of ink yesterday so installed both the black and color cartridges. Figured since I had spent more to buy OEM they should be fine. The black cartridge works as expected ... not great color but it'll do. The color cartridge didn't want to work at all at first so I cleaned the bottom of it, where the ink comes out, with alcohol on a q tip, just like I've always done with other balky cartridges. Got two colors to work ... red and blue ... but no yellow. Ran the cleaning print program quite a few times and got the yellow to kinda work. This was all yesterday. Today, nada. No matter what I try it won't work. I've tried cleaning the cartridge, cleaning the contacts in the printer, putting the cartridge in and pulling it out a few times, running the cleaning print program a few times .... NADA!! So I'm going back to buying remanufactured cartridges elsewhere for $12 plus tax, as I need them.

Printer ink is the biggest ripoff around. its sometimes cheaper to buy a new printer than get the new ink for the old one. I dont know why ink cartridges need to have computer chips on them to let you know its out of ink. It should be self explanatory. deleting this and making a standard (or within reason) size printer cartridge would save consumers millions. These cartridges worked, ran out, and were replaced once since.

Great find

I recently came across a situation where I needed to get ink for an old Lexmark printer that the family had. Looking for a bit I found the right ink but the price was insane for just one cartridge. So looking for cheaper ink I came to amazon. Found the same ink only in a color/black ink bundle and bought both for less than just one of them on another site. Also surprisingly that this cartridge type is still made since this printer has to be about 5 or more years old.

Excellent Customer Service !!!!

For some unknown reason, the cartridge I ordered did not work with my printer even though it was the correct one. Toner Planet sent two more cartridges at no expense to me. These didn't seem to work with my printer either.

Even though I didn't request it, Toner Planet offered me a full refund on the cartridge. Additionally, the refund was processed the same day it was offered.

Toner Planet went above and beyond what I would have expected from a vendor.

I highly recommend Toner Planet.

Cheapest on Amazon

This is the cheapest black/color combo I could find. It's $60 or more anywhere else. Quality is not too bad, as long as the printer is kept clean and dust-free. But still, price per print is too high, and don't expect to print out more than 4 or so 8x11 sized photos with the color cartridge before running out of ink. DPI for most fonts are surprisingly better than even some laser printers, and tables and graphs come out pretty good in color/b&w combos. Bit of a pain (in time/cost) in trying to align cartridges.
