Very strong. I've used it on a handful of recoveries. Unfortunately due to not having hooks, I had to tie it in a knot on a vehicle frame and the knot became too tight and I had to cut it off. So you will need additional hardware to use it properly, especially on a sedan or smaller vehicle which tend to lack hooks our similar retrieval hardware.

Overall a very durable product.

I used to have a nice Smittybilt strap, but that one broke due to my brother in law wrapping it incorrectly on a root.

This strap seems to compare quite nicely to that one, although it is a smaller version that handles about 1/3 less (what would I need to tow that's 15k lbs, anyways??).

It seems to be of similar quality to the pricier Smittybilt, which was a nice strap. It feels like it'll work quite nicely.

I'll be sure to update the review when I do test it out, but for now, I'll throw 4 stars at it.

After watching my buddies break about 5 of the straps you can get at walmart or autozone this one has continued to hold up! I bought one of these about a year ago, It wasn't quite long enough for some of our adventures in mud pits though, so I bought another. I've pulled 3/4 ton trucks buried in mud out with these on top of many cars stuck in the ditch in snow. When you use these make sure to clean them really well, dry them, keep them out of the sun, and make sure they're not frayed.

Got this strap in the mail today. Not impressive looking. It is indeed 3" wide but is about 1/2 as thick as other straps I have bought in the past. I haven't used it yet but I can't imagine it will hold up well to any kind of abuse. One time being scrubbed under the tire of an inattentive towee and I suspect it will be done for. The package it came in does say KEEPER" but it is not written on the strap as in the picture. This does not appear to be any better then any other cheap no-name strap. Does not live up to the name of past Keeper products.
