Most oil filter comparisons cut open the filter to try to assess how good the filter is at filtering oil by looking at what the filter is made of. This doesn't yield very good results because it is impossible to know just from looking at a filters part how well it actually filters oil.

If you look at the attached pictures, you can see how well this filter actually filters oil using the ISO 4548-12 standard test. It is better than the competition, sometimes by a wide margin.
