Simple E-Track Set-Up

Erickson’s metal E-Tracks install permanently to the floor of a trailer. Choose from a variety of sizes, then simply drill into place with mounting plates secured underneath the trailer (hardware not included). Choose from 2-foot, 5-foot, and 8-foot horizontal E-Tracks and a 4-foot vertical E-Track. The E-Tracks provide a 6000-pound capacity (except for the 2-foot E-Track), which means the system can handle extra-heavy loads.

Easy-to-Use E-Track Straps

Erickson provides a variety of straps, which come with hooks located on the end that allow for securing to the E-Tracks. Simply lift up on the hook’s spring-loaded arm, slide the hook into the E-Track, then push down and over, letting it catch to lock into place.

Bringing the connection point to both sides of a secured item and pulling the slack out of the strap provides both side-to-side and up-and-down resistance. For ultimate convenience, multiple items can be secured to one track.

Additional E-Track Accessories

The E-Track system also works with several tie-offs and other useful accessories. The zinc-plated Wood Beam Socket accommodates wooden beams, instead of expensive aluminum beams or cross bars, and it mounts securely to an E-Track.

With a 3,300-pound capacity, the E-Track Roller Idler Fitting Assembly works with the horizontal and vertical E-Tracks, and it facilitates easier routing of tie-down straps for ratcheting without rubbing against cargo.

Erickson also provides two tie-off rings. One with a 4000-pound load capacity and a 1333-pound WLL (working load limit), and the other one with a 6000-pound load capacity and a 2000-pound WLL.
