I love my 13x19 printer, so using generic ink didn't excite me. I wanted to stay pure and keep the printer head healthy. But it goes FAST, and I can't drop $80+ on a single set every time. The amounts of ink in the OEM cartridges have to be so minimal to go so fast. So, I relented. I'm very impressed with the initial results. After several days of printed text documents (very crisp blacks) and photos, I'm super happy. I didn't have any issues on my particular printer with recognizing the cartridges or with ink spilling out when putting them in. Great experience. I'm a happy new E-Z ink customer.

Have used these ink cartridges 4 times over the last couple years for my IP8720. Never had a problem yet. The pictures look great. It’s hard to tell the difference from the original ink, but you can if you are horribly picky. We printed lots of pictures for our church and family pictures for our walls! I’m happy with them. I mean I’ve ordered 4 times! Can’t beat the price!

While the print quality is very good, I have experienced the same issue as other reviewers where the Canon printer will not recognize some of these print cartridge. Tried cleaning the contacts on the print cartridges, same problem. Replaced with other print cartridges from the same box and the printer recognized that print cartridge. Having 30-50% of the print cartridges fail makes these more expensive. Quality control seems to be lacking. Never had this problem with Canon brand print cartridges. May try another brand.
