This hitch fit my 2019 Ford Flex with dual exhaust. Very easy to install. Took my son and I about an hour. I purchased another hitch that said fit my car and it did not. Had to return and lost money. Didn’t get enough credit to pay for this hitch. Very happy with this hitch.

Tight tolerances, but OK for price.

Installation is very straight-forward providing you have access to the necessary tools, etc. I opted to have it installed at a local garage with a lift. Drop the exhaust and bolt it on...simple. Except that there are reinforcement bars welded to the hitch that put it VERY close to the exhaust. At a slightly rough idle or over ANY bumps, it rattles against the tailpipe. Solutions are to have a shop bend the hanger or the exhaust to provide more clearance. Or, do what I did and attach a piece of rubber hose to the side of the hitch to serve as a bumper between it and the exhaust. So far, so good...but it shouldn't be necessary.
Also, the actual square 2" receiver tube is about .5-1.0 degree not square, so the attached bike rack sits a little bit crooked on the car. For the discount, I can live with the issues, but if you want a perfect hitch choose something else.

Good enough, but not great...
Reviewed in the United States ?? on April 14, 2022

Verified Purchase
After reading some mixed reviews about this hitch, I was hesitant to order, but thought "how bad could it be?" The good things are that the included instructions were effective and the hitch bolted up to my Flex.

There were a few things I found annoying with the hitch. The included bolts were the wrong thread pitch. The hitch was shipped without packaging and the paint was scuffed and scraped. Finally, the reciever tube is welded to the cross tube crooked, causing it to push against the bumper slightly. Annoying, but not enough to go through the trouble of returning it and getting a replacement.

All in all, I guess it's good enough, but not great.

DO NOT BUY! DOES NOT FIT AS ADVERTISED!!!! ZERO QUALITY CONTROL!
Reviewed in the United States ?? on April 17, 2019

If you are thinking of purchasing a Draw-Tite hitch...two words, THINK AGAIN! Two more... BUYER BEWARE! Three more...POOR QUALITY CONTROL! Last but not least, the three final words....BUY ANOTHER BRAND!! I buy A LOT of stuff on Amazon. This is, by far, my most disappointing purchase. I bought this to fit my Ford Flex. It was advertised as a straight "bolt on" process. The only problem is...the Draw-Tite hitch supports don't allow the bolt hole to align....making it impossible to "bolt on"! The hitch support on the passenger side hits against the spare tire carrier of the car! Of course, I found this out after I had worked under the car to drop the exhaust system and wrestled the hitch into position per their instructions, and then, voila..no freakin' way those bolt holes lined up. They were at least 1/2" off! The hitch bracket on the passenger side sits against the spare tire carrier and the hitch cannot possibly be adjusted into alignment position. I truly believe a preschooler or a junior college engineer dropout could have done a better job designing this hitch! Here's a radical thought for the engineers at Draw-Tite...try using a tape measure to build your hitches! At this point, you, as a consumer or purchaser of this Flex hitch, have two options...either beat the snot out of your spare tire carrier's sheet meta
