This was a amazing chair, everything I had been looking for. I could change the height and it has sturdy wheels that rolled smoothly, I was happy for a week. I noticed today that it was at its highest setting which is odd since I'm very short and wouldn't leave it at that so I sat on it and stood a little to get the right height and then BAM it started to sink down to its lowest setting. Now I have a great chair at a horrible height and I didn't keep the box so cant return it and I'm pissed. If you want a chair that will last longer then a week don't get this chair.

Assembly was easy and the wheels turn easily making the stool easy to roll. But, it does NOT go as high as stated, only goes up to 25.5 inches. The stool seat is hard and is not "cushiony" at all. Finally, the seat is wobbly like it hasn't set all the way onto the hydraulic cylinder. I am so disappointed. I assumed paying $90.00 for a stool might guarantee I'd get at least what was stated. Not with this. The worst part is, I bought TWO. I'm so tired of getting very poor quality products from Amazon. "Free Prime shipping" is starting to be an indicator of junk merchandise.
