I love this stuff and it is my daily and nighttime cream. I have Rosacea and dry mature skin, and this makes it soft, and I do not break out. Reading all these comments on the pump just makes me laugh. Can no one use this pump but me? I have gone through 8 tubes of this all bought here and not one problem. This type of pump requires you to pump for a long while sometimes a LONG while then it works, then you think it's empty and nothing comes out, so you just keep pumping and eventually more comes out. This happens towards the end of the tube sometimes 2x3 times before it really is empty, and I can feel a very flat tube. Just keep pumping folks it's not rocket science. I cut one open to prove and yep nothing left.

I took off one star for the pump. It works but quits when it's not near empty! I couldn't get the top off even with pliers. In desperation, I cut the tube open and scooped it out into a little container. It was unbelievable how much it was. The moisturizer itself is good. It has relieved a little of my redness after about two weeks, I use it morning and evening. It's debatable if I'll purchase again because of the pump. However, I do like the moisturizer. I'm going to have to think about it. Wish they had a screw on lid.

I’m sure my medicine cabinet is like yours, full of failed “cure all” products for redness relief and Rosacea. Cetaphil Redness Relieving Night Moisturizer pump is something I can absolutely count on to heal and soothe my skin. I just wish there was a day formula available but I use the night cream for day anyway. Not greasy in the least which I experienced with Eucerin Redness. No fragrance added in the pump version. Great product!

I just tried it tonight for the first time so do not know how well it works yet.
However, it feels like a serum, lightweight & a bit greasy for first few minutes till it seeps into the skin. I have very dry sensitive skin & may have put too much product on - will find out within a few days after using it more than once.
I knocked off a star because of the pump - for a while I thought there was something wrong & that I'd have to send it back. Took me a half hour to finally squeeze product out after holding upside down, squeezing the tube etc. I then looked at reviews here & found out it's a common problem. Really hope Cetaphil reads this & does something about it. How about a tube you just squeeze out like toothpaste? Or a jar. Product is pretty expensive for the amount it contains. I bought it for full price $14 & now see a deal of buy 2 get 50% off 2nd one which makes more sense. Will add my impression after using it for a while but really like the feel & no stinging on my sensitive skin. Am reading reviews about a tint. Mine is the night one with no tint, so possibly those reviews are for the day cream.

I bought this because I have rosacea and need something which doesn't irritate my facial skin. Neither this nor anything else will "cure" rosacea, but - for ME - it "reduces" the redness and the feeling of inflammation. There are 2 other things I really like about it: (1) I can wet my face, rub a couple of squirts into my hands and apply it all over my face *including* around my eyes... and there is NO discomfort from getting this in/around my eyes! That's a BIG DEAL for me. (2) I love the fragrance. I know not everyone would agree with me, but I LIKE the 'fresh' fragrance. It just smells "clean" to me. And my skin feels clean and has no 'greasy' feeling afterwards.
