This phone comes equipped with BlackBerry OS 6, a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera with video recording, WiFi, GPS navigation, new full web browser, stereo Bluetooth compatibility, and fast 3G data. The Torch 9800 also comes with a multi-format music player, email client, and MMS and SMS messaging. This is a quad-band GSM phone with WCDMA modes for international use. It takes the intuitive and functional nature of the blackberry, and the convenience of a touch screen, and joins them together. Say what you will about Iphone vs blackberry. But there's just no way you can type faster on a touch screen. I like having both. The clarity of the sound of voices is very good, and enhanced over the curve. the camera is better. faster browser. etc

I bought this product in 2012 I think. I really wanted a blackberry torch at the time because apparently they were the 'in thing'. This is possibly the worse phone I've ever owned. The only reason I gave it two stars was because it served me well for about 2 months before the speaker in it stopped working completely. I had to be using a headset until I got it fixed. After I got it fixed, within a month the phone wen't blank and wouldn't come back on. At this point I was in Jamaica. There wasn't much that I could do about it. I had to pay 160 US to fix it only for it to start reseting itself By december of the same year, I went and got an iPhone 5 directly from AT&T. My advise is this: Spend the money and get a good phone.

when i first search to buy this porduct, in this case was a blackberry torch 9800, i wondered if there was any seller that could sell this without any logo of the carrier for example: at&t and verizon. So if you don't want the logo in your smartphone this is the seller is a brand new porduct and not a refurbished one as in said so in some reviews. make sure youre buying form wireovia.
