These are wonderful. I'll be honest, I didn't expect much. The flavor is a bit sour, but not bad. Small. They aren't hard, but they're not gummy. They soften up as you suck. (Stop it!haha)

They actually put me into a zen mood. I have a high stress job, and I've been trying different things. Nothing has helped, so I wasn't expecting much. I'm actually pretty impressed.

No side effects. I just find myself not getting so tense, and letting things roll off my back more. I don't take one daily. Maybe 2 or 3 times a week when I feel frustrated. Happy I got these.
