I have very fine long hair that tangles very easily. Combing my hair out after a shower can be time consuming, but so many leave-in conditioners are just too heavy. I have some other Authentic Beauty Concept products that I like so thought I’d give this leave-in conditioner a try.

The bottle is a very generous size. Since a little product goes a long way I think this bottle will last me a while. The bottle is easy to hold and the sprayer works well. The smell is good- smells like a high quality salon product without being overwhelming. What’s most exciting is how lightweight the product is. I sprayed all over my hair and then blow dried as usual. My hair did not look greasy or flat after use, which is a big deal for me. My hair seemed easier to comb out while wet.

10.20.21~ Authentic Beauty Concept has been my Secret Find for a while.
No Silicone. Cruelty Free. For the Most, Consistent, Low-Maintenance results.
What I've found by Trial & Error is, my colored hair likes the Pink(Color) for cleansing.
And The Blue (Hydrate) for Styling.

I know how hard it is to find which line works, when your hair can fit in all categories.

This Leave-in is just what was missing in my arsenal.
Use the ABC 'Hydrate' tube balm on it's own for air dry but for styling, need product.
It's just product still leaves my hair knotty.

Spritz this 'Hydrate' on After my Product.
Let's me get a brush through without ripping my scalp, and ends, to shreds.
And Get the full effect of my styling products.

This may or may not work on it's own but, not giving up my 'Hydrate' balm.
It's my one step leave-in I can scrunch & have air-dried, frizz-free curls.
So depending your need, may want to check out the balm.

Whatever route you choose, ABC will make you hair, and conscience, Happy.

I permed my hair so that I could have beachy waves all day. But that only works if you use the proper products on your hair. Otherwise, I have a frizzy head. I was previously only using Living Proof styling cream and while that helped a lot to define my waves, I had to use a LOT of product to get rid of frizz and my curls still didn’t look perfect. So I started using the Authentic Beauty hydrate spray straight out of the shower on damp hair. It makes your hair soooo soft and immediately removes any tangles. Because even though I deep condition, my hair still feels a bit rough out of the shower. This spray helps get rid of that feeling and makes it so easy to finger comb my hair and I don’t get any tangles even after I’m done scrunching. I spray ample amounts into my damp hair and it doesn’t feel greasy or weighed down. Then I apply a mix of Living Proof styling cream and Odele Air Dry Styler through my hair, and I have defined waves for the rest of the day. It isn’t perfect, because it contains alcohol but I have not noticed it drying out my hair at all. I also can only use it on damp hair. If I use it on dry hair, it just makes it soft but doesn’t hydrate at all. All in all, I’m super happy I added this product to my regimen because I’m saving so much money from not using so much Living Proof.
