Loud enough NC is good

Worried about noise canceling but callers say i sounds fine even with a computer rack and fan behind me. Mouse clicks are not heard. Volume is good. Music is good. But for me I am using instead of headphones and music is secondary as I use Sonos. USB seems to default if charging but BT is still active and you can connect multiple sources. I unplug when pairing setup connections then plug back in and it works. The ads in the app are a little non professional.

Fantastic conference speakerphone

Not sure why 5 people all gave this renewed device a 2 star rating and did not write a review to explain the reasons for the low rating. It made me nervous, but I took the plunge and ordered this renewed version to save the 50 bucks. I am glad I did, the one I received looks completely brand new. It is like someone got it, opened the box, said nope, closed the box and returned it. Pretty sure this unit was never removed form the original box. All the plastic protectors were still on it, the USB-C cable was still brand new in the box. All the literature was inside. The outside of the box looked like it had been scuffed a bit, but everything inside was factory fresh.
This is a great speakerphone. I have used the Powerconf S3, the Powerconf and now the Powerconf S500 and sound and performance has always been fantastic.
I just ordered a 2nd unit to try the Link function. If the second one has issues, I will update this review. If it is just as good as the first one, then this review stands. Great product.

Works well … with a catch

Pros: -noise cancellation is amazing! Nobody can hear my kids or my heater running. -it sounds amazing on my side
Cons: -it will prioritize Bluetooth. So if you are in the middle of a Zoom/Teams call with your laptop and your phone rings will start to ring. So I end up unpairing my phone.
-there is a windows app, but it does nothing. It just looks for firmware and tries to sell you other products. It can’t do anything additional, so no value to having it installed.
